Mrs. Ashley Gable

My name is Ashley Gable, and I am so excited to serve at Munford Elementary School as Assistant Principal. As a proud graduate of TCBOE, I am especially honored to now work within the system that shaped my own educational journey. With 14 years of experience in education, I've had the privilege of teaching a range of grades from 3rd grade to high school. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Montevallo, a Master's of Education in English from William Carey University, an Instructional Leadership Certificate from the University of Montevallo, and an EdS in Instructional Technology from the University of Montevallo. I am also a National Board Certified Teacher in English Language Arts.

My teaching philosophy is centered on fostering a positive and supportive school environment through strong partnerships with families and the community. I am passionate about supporting teachers in creating meaningful learning experiences for students by integrating STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) and PBL (Project-Based Learning). I also strive to develop leadership opportunities to prepare students for life beyond school. Above all, I am committed to helping each child succeed by recognizing and nurturing their unique strengths and potential.
